As Christmas is nearing, Christmas recipe are one thing that might be bothering you. Here is one of the easiest and most tasty Christmas recipes.

Easter Biscuits are really easy to make in no time. These home-made biscuits will surprise your guests and family.

Cook time: 20 min
Serves: Makes 25 biscuits


  • 1.5 cups sieved semolina (rava)
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • ¼ cup raisins


Make a cream of butter and sugar till it becomes fluffy. Add nutmeg and beaten eggs to this cream. Mix well.

Add flour and raisins to make it into stiff dough.

Once the dough is ready, roll out on a floured board and cut rounds with the help of a mould.

Now bake it on a greased tray in a medium hot oven till it is golden.

The Easter biscuits are ready to savor.
