This Papaya Coconut salad is a rare combination of ripe papaya and fresh coconut with mint, which gives you a fresh feel after a strenuous day.

A bowl of fresh salad at any time of the day is good for health and easily digestible. Papaya gives antioxidant protection and is good to have for breakfast.

This is a very healthy salad recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe papaya, cut into medium pieces
  • ½ cup grated fresh coconut
  • ½ tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • Honey for garnish

Method

Take papaya in a mixing bowl.

To this add coconut, ginger and mint leaves. Mix well.

Garnish with mint leaves and top it with honey.

Serve chilled.
