A delicious Spanish dish, very warming for the winter, but very fresh and different for a Sunday dinner meal. Use an eye-of-round roast, but it does work with bottom round as long as it is thick beef.

The better quality steak you use, the better – as the focus is on the meat. Use different ingredients if you like for the filling – this can be made Asian style by adding chilli, ginger, and soy sauce
