- Butternut squash 50g
- Carrot 50g
- Parsnip 50g
Peel and chop the vegetables into small pieces.
Boil or steam until it gets tender.
Mix all the cooked vegetables well.
Mash it well as puree and it should be little watery.
If it is hard, adjust the consistency with a little water from the saucepan used for the steaming.
